There has been no update since the November 3, 2017. Should I be worried ? Can anybody please reply if he/she is going through the same delay?

Mine is delivered on Nov 7. No info from cic till no. Do you get any confirmation from cic? I am so worried whether they have received my passport

It looks we all probably get delayed by cic.My case: Inland applicant, passport requested on Nov 3, received on Nov6, nothing updated till now. So worried about if CIC received my passport...

I had the same concern. So I emailed them and they replied that they have received my passport. So I think you can email them and if they say your passport has been receive then you don't have to worry

Can I know which email address you used? I contact them last week through CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, but there is no response till now.

Finally, they sent my passport back!!!!

It is crazy. It takes so long to send back the passport even it has been approved. How difficult to put that paper on the passport? I really need that passport!

I just received my passport. It took me 12 days to get it after the approval.

My online application has been approved in less than 2 days from inside Canada, but after I mailed my passport they've been keeping it for 9 days already. that is crazy.

Looking at the previous posts,i guess it takes them 3-4 weeks to sent the stamped passport back.

Hi All,

I had a status update yesterday and under document status section Status column reads "Your document is valid." and under the document column it says "Counterfoil". Any guesses what it means? Does this mean the Passport is stamped already or its just that VISA is Approved. What is the timeline before i receive my passport after this update? I have a my flight booked for 27th November, do you think i can make it.

When did you status change? My passport was also delvered on Nov 7th but nothing has happened yet. So worried.
