Passport to work permit visa time duration

I applied for work permit visa on 22nd Feb and I Submitted my Passport on 14th May2013, following the request from cic on 10th May 2013.

Till now not received my Passport and no response yet from CIC

Anybody having idea how long will it take after submitting the passport?

Its amazing that a big place like Canada can be so slow... Geez!!!
