Passport to London Visa Office Timeline

I got an email from LVO informing me of an update in my profile. I sent my document on 26 May

I send my passport through VFS Stockholm to IRCC London Office. LVO received it on 5 July. Waiting for their reply.

@dxdroid I received confirmation from VFS. Did you receive COPR through the post the same day or following day? I haven't received a message on my cic account other than it saying approved.

I received PPR May 27th and COPR July 20th

Wow, so long. I bet you're relieved now you have it. Is this a normal timeframe? Or is the London office just super slow?

We submitted our passports to LVO end of April and still waiting! Absolutely appalling service from LVO

I would like to ask what type of visa you all applied for? I am on a visitor visa and sent my passport to london VFS yesterday and I feel very desperate after reading the previous posts. Do you have any friends who are also on a visitor visa?

Finally got our visas today, in total it took LVO 3 months to issue PR visas. Disaster!

Visitor visas shouldn’t take long. I know two people who sent their passports to LVO recently for visitor visa. Took less than a week in both instances (4 days)

That’s crazy. I sent mine about 10 days ago. I have already prepaid trips coming in a few weeks and I need my passport soon. This slow copr time with LVO so annoying.
If I had known this beforehand, I would have sent my passport somewhere else
