Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

yeah i called them . automatic system i thinnk. idk what is this . when i clicked my application number then system was answered .

I just called CIC. The automatic system told me exactly the same as the CIC shows. Passport received on Dec. 7th and sent on Dec. 8th and delivered on Dec. 11th. I'm still waiting. Bad thing is I forgot to write down the return tracker number. So panic.

Thanks for these updates. I am unable to connect to CIC, whenever I call them my call gets disconnected. Please let me know what number you usually use for calling and how can I check the status of my COPR/passport.

Try pressing 3-4-1-0 see if it works.

Hi, I sent our passports from the US on Dec 5, 2017 to Ottawa. The application was approved on Dec 29. But the return mail still not activated. Is it taking too long for us?

I sent on the 8th of December and am stilling waiting. Even my cic account is still in process!

I see. Hope you get your approval soon. The problem is there is no call back number from outside of Canada.

Thank you! Finger cross! Have you checked your CIC account if it is approved? If so,you will get soon (probably next week).Even you call CIC #, it will automatically change to system massage due to high volume at this time.

Yes, my CIC account says approved. I did not find any phone number to call. Can you provide me? Did you also send passports from the US to Ottawa?

inside Canada is 1 888 242 2100. Try if you can talk to an agent. since I called twice this week, it transferred to auto voice message. I sent from Vancouver. My friend's pp delivered on Dec. 1st and approved on Dec. 29th. But her return envelop is still not activated yet!

Passport received by CIC: Dec 18
Sent for visa printing: Jan 2
Visa office: Ottawa

I called CIC and they told me passport was sent to get visa printed on it.

Still waiting.

Hey guys I forgot to write my DOB and Name on my PR photos but it was stamped for info and date by the photographer. Per Canada post my passport should only be arriving on the 23rd. Should I send two more photos with DOB and Name to be safe?
