Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

After receiving a PPR on Oct 12th, I sent my passport on November 1st, it reached the Ottawa office on November 3rd. I included a UPS return envelope. It's been over 25 days, but my return tracker information isn't active yet. And I live in the U.S.

Is it a cause of concern? I heard it generally takes 10 business days to get your COPR on your passport. I am getting a little worried!

My passport was delivered to CPC-Ottawa on 31st Oct. My CIC account was updated today morning. I guess it's taking a minimum of one month these days.

Hmm!if you get a PPR, it’s certain that you’ll get your COPR, right? I’m getting tensed. It’s been almost one month and I haven’t heard back from them.

Now it takes about a month to get your passport back. Saw someone got approved and his passport was delivered on Nov 9th

But I already got visa approved it’s just stamping on my passport, my friend got it back in 2 weeks.

I believe that was several months ago. The approved status I was talking about is the status in your CIC account. It should be changed from submitted to approved after the visa stamping is finished. After that, when the return tracker will be activated is based on luck. Some got it activated on the same day status changed to approved and others in around a week or 10 days.

Hi there. Has anyone received their passport recently? My Canada Post tracking says they received it on Dec 7th but my account still says I have to send my passport to complete my application. I have a flight ticket this Wednesday and have to cancel it

Hi, just sent my passport but realized that they have asked for name and stamp backside of only one photo. But I have got seal and written my name on both the photos and sent with my Passport already. Will this be any issue?

Did you include the date of picture taken? If you did, you should be ok.
