Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

I sent my passport on Jun 16, 17 and it reached Ottawa office on Jun 19,17 ..The only update I have got is it is sent to Printing Room on 20th and since then there is no message.. I am in the US .. Anyone else in similar situation

For those you who've sent from US, using FedEx or UPS.
Can you share the link for the customs form you had to fill? and what $ value did you put in it.
Did you fill customs form for both outgoing and return?
Also, Since FedEx envelope is of one size, for return how did you manage to put an envelope inside the outgoing envelope?

Did my landing on Friday at Toronto Pearson, it was surprisingly quick due to not much rush & was in & out in about 15 minutes.

Could you please advise as to what was the value you entered in the commercial invoice or declaration amount for customs. I believe even though these are just documents, for shipping to canada you need to have a declaration form even if it is $ 0.
