I have some questions who made landing within Canada
did you had Travel Visa or exit Canada with PR Visa?
why you did not try to validate a Confirmation of Permanent Residence inside Canada?

Guys,
I received my COPR with a minor misspelled place of birth.
When i called cic support centre they asked to fill an amended form and mail it to Ottawa office. i checked the website this kind of process may take 6 months. They said they also informed Operations Support Centre (OSC).

But my lawyer said me to go ahead for Landing and inform the officer at the time of landing they will consider it.

Please note correct place of birth is given in my passport.
Now my big confusion is guys what should i do? If i go with my lawyer suggestion and i am inland so I can do landing at Etobicoke cic immigration office with my current COPR. Would that cause any issue please help.

Guys please help with your suggestions.

Hi - Just wanted to confirm if they stamped your passport or, did they just slash out your counterfoil and sign the COPR. They did not stamp my passport

He stamped my passport and did not slash my counterfoil. He did stamp, sign and date the CoPR as well.

I have read earlier, that if the officer's stamp is missing on the passport then you cannot get a Health Card or SIN # only based on the CoPR. You will have to wait for your PR card and then apply. But I maybe wrong.

Spouse submitted her Passport in Delhi India 2 June

No update since then Application is still in progress.. Should i have to panic because others are getting their passport back but for me still visa is not issued yet (As phone agent said)....

Just noticed they stamped it but it's hidden under the copr!

Counterfoil and CoPR
I can see a counterfoil column above the approved status in online file. But where it will be used? Do i need to print it?
Moreover how about CoPR ?

I did call them on Friday last veek and monday (Yesterday). Yes on monday lady said visa yet not made for me. You got ppr on 23rd May??

Will do landing tomorrow. Is that normal that the origin entry date was incorrect on the CoPR? I will have to inform the officer when I do the landing.
