Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

Application status changed to approved: May 29

Waiting for the return tracker to be activated...

My application got approved on 29th May, I yet to receive my passport. What is this return tracker activation?

When I checked my return tracker in Canada Post it still says, Post got accepted in Toronto on 17th May.(This is the day on which I posted my passport to CPC).

Today When I called to CPC Ottawa, agent confirmed they posted my passports on 29th and gave the same return tracker number what I have.

But When I called to Canada Post Call Center and gave my return tracker number, she says this is wrong, it shows the item accepted in Toronto, CPC will give you a new tracking number.

I am totally confused, what to do......

Do you have the second tracking number? For the prepaid envelope? It looks like you're using the tracking number that you used to send it to Ottawa. To track the return, you need to track the number of the prepaid envelope

Apologies I misread! Funny - mine still says number not found in tracking system, so I assume they haven't sent it back yet

Return tracker is usually provided from the Canada post when you sent your passport. It helps track the package return to your place. Check your receipt, they should have attached it with your copy. And can you provide the number you called at Ottawa's office to confirm about your shipping.

Tracker was just activated at 17:54PM today

My PP was received on May 24th. Still waiting for the tracker to be activated. Hopefully it will be tomorrow.

Congrats! Lucky you. Mine was delivered a day before yet I my tracker is not activated yet.
