Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

Hi All,

Starting this thread to discuss the Passport to Ottawa and Return status to track the time line.

My timeline as below,

Passport Submitted to Canada Post - 29th April

Expected Delivery to CPC - Ottawa - 2nd May.

Passport sent on 26th of April
Passport received on 27th of April.

I haven't heard from them. Hoping to hear back this week.

Hello,

It takes 6 to 7 days. Your application status should update once they start working on your visa stamp.

Also keep an eye on your return envelop tracker. Once that is activate means your passport is on the way back to you.

I got my PP request on April 24, 2017.
I send it to CIC and Delivered on April 26, 2017.

Do they update the status saying that "Passport received" or something similar once they get your passport?

No your tracker is the only way to know whether your passport is delivered or not.. Since they have it.. just keep and eye on your return tracker.. once that is activated that means they are sending you the passport back

Hi guys, I just realized this evening that I sent my passport to the wrong address. The one for US applicants instead of the Canadian applicants one. I emailed them but the automatic reply said they reply in 20 days.
Any idea what else I should try. I will try to call them tomorrow but most people complain they really never pick up.

Yeah call them, there might be wait of 30 mins but its important.

My passport is received by CPC Ottawa on April 13...

I am still waiting....

CIC agent said me on phone that it has been sent to print room and in queue waiting for printing visa....

let see how long does it take it to print visa and get passport....
