Same. Mine was delivered May 3rd as well. I did call IRCC Monday (May 8) and the agent said the system still shows that they don't have my passport yet. When asked what she meant since Canada Post says it was delivered, she replied that it may have been delivered but they are yet to open the package and update the system.
