If you noted the tracking number on your prepaid return envelope you can track it that way on the Canada Post website. Not sure about tracking from the U.S. though

My return tracker has not been activated yet but my PR was approved on Friday (22nd June). I called em up yesterday and they said that my passports were stamped I guess yesterday afternoon. My question is, around what time did your Fedex return trackers get activated? I'll feel a whole load better if I knew when I can expect to get my passports back. Thanks!

Well FedEx activated my Return Tracker at 3.30 today finally!!

As for the number to call... its hit and miss. Most agents usually don't entertain calls from outside Canada since it's supposed to be only internal.
I called 613-944-4000 but i added a *67 (*676139444000) to make it a private number. I was put on hold for 40 mins, but for peace of mind, might be worth the wait!
