Keep checking your cic account, I still haven’t had an email, but logged in this morning and it has been approved

I've been checking my account every couple of hours like a crazy person! I'm not sure what could be holding it up.

In my experience, it is best if you don't try to reason it out or expect 'first-come-first-serve' from IRCC.
But we are only human and I am checking mycic ever chance I get. How sad is that...

I just received PPR for online tourist visa application today. I live in Rochester NY and seem to have the option to sent passport to either CPC-Ottawa or to VAC NY to get the visa stamped in the passport. Does anyone have any idea if one is much faster than the other ?
