After Item Processed, directly out to delivery or is in transit too?

After Item Processed it went directly out to delivery... Canada post guy left package on my house mailbox, didn't brother handing over to me..
Planning to flagpole on Saturday morning..

My expectation is tomorrow for my application update to be updated to Approved and completed from processing.

What is the tracker activation??. I have received the ppr but not sent my passports yet as i am currently out of canada for vacation.

Also for thos who have completed, can u plz let me know the next steps after PPR??

Hey bud, the instructions are pretty clear in the message they sent you along with the PPR. Pretty much send in your passport to them.
