Passport to CPC Ottawa - December 2016

I got PPR on 15 DEC 2016, and then I went to USA for trip. I sent my passport on 5 Jan 2017 and it was supposed to deliver on 10 Jan 2016, but still it's showing in transit. I know due to weather conditions, it's affecting. But, my 30 days time is almost finishing today, so shall I send email to CIC to inform, that this is my condition. Please advice.

Do you have tracking numbers for both sending and receiving?

UNSUG yeah i have but VAC in ethiopia tracking showing me they sent my passport but the niarobi kenya tracking show me no resalt

The passport office should have given you the receiving one too, if not you can contact your post office and then go from there.

Below are my timeline. My profile has updated as Approved and closed on 12 Jan (Yesterday). But till now my return tracking is not enabled yet. Does anyone has any idea when it will be enabled?

Profile Update as Approved & Closed : 12 Jan
Return Tracking Enabled : NOT YET

It should have been enabled today but Monday for sure.

Return Tracking Activated: 12th January 2017 at 16:40 (PST or EST..not sure)
From Ottawa to Vancouver
Can I expect it to reach me tomorrow or is it wishful thinking???

Landed last night at Peace Arch Border. Finally a Permanent Resident.

Will be flagpolling tomorrow evening(Saturday 14th) at Peace Arch Border as well.
I do not have a US visa. As I understand, one is not required to have US visa for flagpolling purposes.
Any advice? I guess all I have to take is my Passport, COPR, PoF(if applicable- I am CEC, so I dont think I need one), My Current Permit ?

Did you have to go through any rigorous interview? What sort of questions were asked by the Border Officer?
