Congrats. I have the exact same timeline as you. Sent, delivered and approved but unluckily tracker not activated yet. Hope I get something by 7PM. I wont get it till Tuesday even if it ships but will be good to atleast see shipped. You have a good one!!

Thanks! I believe they'll send yours soon as well. The expected delivery for my passports is Sept 5th. I guess thats because CPCO opted for Fedex Priority instead of Economy. Ironically Priority is slower(and slightly more expensive!!) than Economy as it tends to be held up at customs for sometime, that's what the guy at the Fedex store told me. So, I won't be seeing my precious passport anytime soon before this long weekend gets over.

Well, even if you will get it after the weekend, don't let it spoil your plans. It should be on it's way soon. Go ahead and enjoy your weekend!!

My return tracker was activated 30 mins ago, 6:12pm Ottawa time.

Passport sent: August 21
Application approved: August 27
Return tracker activated: August 31!!

This might seem like a naive question but I am gonna ask anyway. Did you get your CoPR in mail or did it get uploaded on the CIC account?

Got it by mail. Did not receive it via the CIC account.

I had called CIC yesterday(Aug 27th) and was told that the passports are in the printing room. Not sure how long it would take to print.

You might have to call via Google hangouts if you are outside Canada.

My passport was delivered same time 23rd and approved on 27th Aug. Return tracker not activated yet.
I called them yesterday but they said they can only do something once they are past the 2 week timeline which would be today so will call them tomorrow and file an inquiry.

8/31 delivered. then there was long weekend... so 1 2 3 and many people on leave on 4 as schools reopened here..
