Passport submitted,it's been two weeks no news ! Bryanna please answer :(

Hi, after getting passport request from cic ,it's been two weeks that my mom has submitted her passport, till today there is no news of passport return, when we check online the application status shows closed and the application has been approved , I was wondering how long we need to wait to receive my moms passport ,any ideas ?
