***Passport submitted in Islamabad**** 2014

One thing i noticed after reading so many timelines of people..! i guess those peoples who sent their passport family wise to ISB VO like 4 or 5 passports or more in each packet for Visa stamping only those are the peoples who will receive their passports in between 60 days rather then those applications who sent their individual passport like 1 passport in 1 packet only those people will receive their passport in between 30 to 35 days..!

Any member who sent their passport including family members passport in january 2015 and received back or still waiting please update and share the timeline.!

yes sent 3 passports on 9 jan.......recvd on 10 jan.........still waiting.....today is 50th day!

I agree somehow, I sent 3 (myself, spouse and child) passports on 9th Jan 2015 (received by CHC on 12th Jan 2015) and haven't received them back yet.

I also sent my family member's passport(s) along with my passport .. i think that's why the ISB VO take ages to stamp visa in our passports..!

I also send passports on 13 jan and thy were rcvd on 14 jan. It was fr me and my wife.

I think its not the case bcz SQR got back in 3 weeks.

SQR got back in 3 weeks so SQR is lucky or may be he did some Wazaif for this ..! so just ask SQR what Tasbeeh he recited ?

Yeh I emailed them via case specific enquiry right after 4 weeks but no response as yet.

I also emailed to LVO before 1 week but i still dont get any reply from them..!

what about limit of carrying cash while landing? can we take US$ 10k along as cash and rest in Demand Draft? will that be ok with the customs at the airport in Pakistan?Are there chances of interrogation at the airport here with the cash in hand?
Also Which bank/exchange I should go for DD?

Bro.! if just u travel to Canada so there is a limit to carry only 10 thousand dollars..! either it will cash or bank draft ..! the limit is just $ 10K..! if u carrying more than 10 k $ so there is a form E677..! must fill this..! for more information visit this link..!

and if u and ur family members will travel so just distribute the cash or equivalent demand draft among ur family members like 5 k $ each person or 7 k $ each . but remember the limit is just 10 k $...! and u should go to Standard and chartered bank for bank draft ..! hope ur confusion over now..!
