Passport submission W/o CIC email reply for VO change

Hi Seniors,

I received my Passport request on May 16 and I requested CPC Ottawa for Visa stamping for my wife and kid in India as they are not available to submit their passports in Canada. But after more than a month (to be exact 35 days), I have not received any response from CPC Ottawa for that request . I have sent reminders but no reply till now.

Now , I am planning to sent the passport anyway with just passport request email to New Delhi office for my family and mine to Ottawa and without their email reply for VO change. But, before that I want to know are there any chances that my PR application will be rejected for not submitting the passports together?

Pls help.

Why is cic taking so long i fail to understand.35days are too much.when did you send reminder mail?

I would suggest you to wait..how can u send them pp without their mail.I know its very difficult to wait but i think cic has lot of backlog left

I am in a urgent situation now. I don't know what happened to my application. Its already in Decision made status in ECAS. I asked for a VO change to Delhi for my family on May 19, But after 44 days , still not heard back from them. This is ridiculous. Even after sending multiple reminders , there has been absolutely no response from them.

Not sure if there will be any negative impact to application if I just go ahead and submit the passport.

I Only have two more weeks left to submit the passports

This is probably the 3rd time I am asking this: Have you contacted your Local VFS?

Are you quoting your Full name ,DOB and UCI and CEC Application number in your communication to CPP-Ottawa ? Other wise they won't respond.
and I guess in your case it is not the change of Visa Office , You explain your situation and ask them provide a recommendation to submit your family members passports to visa office in India. I have one of my friend has the similar case he got direction from CPP-Ottawa in 2 weeks.

I have contacted LocalVFS office last week with all the details about my application. But even they did'nt respond back.

Have you called them? Or ask your family to call them and ask about it.
