passport submission.. vfs chd .. can’t open mioot vfs

hello everyone
my mother submitted supervisa application on nov 29th and now on feb 22nd , she got passport request letter..
she went to vfs chandigarh and they told her to schedule a pickup at vfs.cic.mioot
but this link or any form is not working..
what should i do

u tried to access it from canada? if yes then it opens only with indian servers! u can either ask your parents to open the link from india or get a VPN

and yes i’m trying from canada..
