Hi Preet,
There are 2 things u can do in the next few days while waiting:
1. Keep checking CIC account for any update in your application ... it should change to approved anytime in the next 1 week
2. An email will also generate to your mail id saying your application has been updated.
3. Once you know your status but still haven't received any sms from vfs for passport collection and have continued issues with the system being down and tracker id showing no records found... go to vfs chat online option and an agent will assist u.
My tracker id said "no records found".. I didn't receive the sms from vfs too and I used the chat option and the agent confirmed that our passports r ready for collection!
Also I checked with vfs about mine they said its ready for collectionI just got my passport delivered
PPR - 16th July
Submitted passport in VFS - 17th July
Passport received at VFS AUH - 18th July
CIC Profile updated message: 27th July
Passport collection notification from VFS: 28th July
I collected my passport from VFS AUH on 28th July
So I guess current trend is 10 to 12 days to stamp visa.

i selected option for courier . hope see see update coming week
but in Chandigarh india people getting passport back after stamping in 3-4 days and thats really fast
@MB8489 just got gc key update with approval and counter foil details
If i am not wrong by sunday it shd get delivered
