By the grace of almighty we got our passports back with visa, i am so thankful to Allah, he is the super power.

One thing i want to share with applicants in pakistan, TCS rocks, dont waste time and money in VFS, i sent my passports by tcs and got i back by tcs only for Rs. 400 , so its safe and secure. Vfs may charge money for each passort while i got all 5 passports in one pakage for 400 by Tcs...
So its not mandatory that u send it by Vfs.

It took cic islamabad 12 days to stamp our passports, i submitted my passports on 14th october to chc islamabad and got it back with passports by tcs at my home on 26 october.

Guya a quick question.

Do I need a trasit visa if I'm taking connecting flight from US to canada. Actually I'm getting flight from UAE ---US---canada and connection time in US is only 2 hours . I have Pakistan passport and resident of UAE. I'm planing to land in Dec,2015.

No, you don't need a transit visa for connecting flight.

Transit visa will be required only if you're stepping out of the American Airport.

That's the first time I'm hearing that you need a transit visa for a connecting flight

Is UK transit visa required if you are travelling via UK (without going through UK border control) on route to Montreal.

I have checked the UK site, its not very clear whether which type of Canada visa holders are exempted.

For UK you wouldn't require a transit visa - I traveled last month to Canada via UK in British Airways
