Passport submission after "Ready for Visa" while in Canada

Hello,

I applied for Outland Spousal PR in October and received passport request email for PR Visa on May 29th and my passport was delivered to CPCO – PR VISA on May 31st, with return label address in Canada.

I live in US, has applied for outland Spousal PR but traveled to Canada for vacation on May 27. I renewed my passport in May and eCOPR was issued with new passport number and was virtually landed. I was told process is now complete and I should receive PR card in mail to Canadian address.

However, there have been no updates for passport return now that one time visa isn't required anymore. I cannot find a way to contact IRCC for this. Any ideas? TIA!

You'll have to contact them. Most common issue is address not valid or not updated. You can either call or try through your mp

You can try webform, but better to call. You could also do the change of address webform in hope that triggers the process (but don't rely on that).

I've tried +18882422100 again and again, always get invalid number response. :/
