Passport Stolen after right before nomination

Dear All, i want to know what to do as i am in a big problem. i lost my passport and applied for a new one that i did not yet receive. i got nomination from SINP. and i will be invited to apply soon. now i dont have a passport and i do not know what to do.

should i inform SINP? or CIC? or both? should i do that before i accept the ITA or after? my passport wont be ready soon. and i dont know what do do. and i am afraid to be taken as misrepresenting myself because i didnt report losing the passport right away. any help? please i need a solid answer for sure.

should i just message CIC now before ITA and let them know what happened? or they might cancel my whole application and start everything from scratch. i feel lost

Relax, you're not going to lose your nomination because you lost your passport.

Simple, don't submit a PR application until you get your passport back. If you don't know when you're going to get your passport back. You can decline this ITA and wait for the next one. You have a nomination so you're always going to get an ITA.

If you want, inform SINP that you lost your passport, and submit the police report and proof that you applied for a new passport. Then inform them again once you get a new passport.

Thank you very much for your help , would it be a problem if i didnt inform SINP at all? i am worried that they cancel the nomination
