Hi ,

I am in the process of getting the Arabic (passport) stamps translated for me and my family .My younger son is a minor and his application is part of my husband's grant of citizenship application . As the charges are extensive per passport so kindly advise is the passport stamps translation for my younger son would be required by CIC at the time of interview/test ?

I believe there is no residency requirement for minors and they are not required to come on the day of test/interview .Keeping in mind this fact , kindly advise about the above issue .

Experts and seniors please help!

Minor's passport not required to translate. My wife and son applied for citizenship and they only asked my wife to submit translation for her passport. If you live in GTA area I can provide information to you who can do the translation for free.

Hi Poushi,

I live in Mississauga. Could you recommend an Arabic translator? Thanks.

I have emailed you with information. Just email the person and if she asked them email copy of your PP to her she will do it for you.

Hello Poushi,

I live in Mississauga too. Can you please provide me details of the Arabic translator?

Thank you!

Hi informatics,

Did you find out if translations are required for minors' documents? This post hasn't yielded a reply yet.

Also, do we need to retain all the tickets and boarding passes for their travels out of Canada?
