passport stamping; urgent

I submitted my passport on 21/12/2015 to vfs bangalore personally to issue me VISA in the meantime I booked tickets for 26/12/2015.passprt status shows that its processing at canada visa office.
Please help me how long it takes to get my passport back as I really tensed bcoz fron 25 dec to 28 dec canada visa office n vfs bangalore will be closed on the eve of Christmas.

After 29dec tickets price is around 1.10 lacs.

And I have a querry is that mandatory that i should be present at the time of registration on January 06 the day my classes starts.

U can talk to colg authority and can go late to colg..
Ask ur consultant regarding this

Unfortunately you may have to change all of your plans !

My start date is jan 4th and doesn't have a plan of travelling as I got screwed once and will never again

I am just going to wait !

Same here. I had to cancelled my booked tix thanks TO CIC because at first I thought they work according to time-line published on their website.

I applied online on 9th Oct, CIC went quiet until 17th Nov they ask for medical check, and no response afterwards. Class start on 4th Jan.
