Passport stamping from VFS Qatar

Hi All,

Asking for my sister in law

They applied for Canada visit visa from Qatar and now received PPR on Feb 23rd. However, they have travel plan to India on March 16. So question is if they submit passport now will it be back on time?
Or can we submit passport from India? What are their options?

i came to know you need to sybmit to the same center where Biometrics done

will take three weeks for visa stamping and get back PP

is it possible to submit the passport to the same place where biometrics was done using courier from India?
