Passport Stamping Delay

Upon receiving the PPR request on December 5, 2023, I submitted my passport to vfs Japan on 6th Dec which should be processed at the IRCC office in Manila Philippines. But I have not got any update after 11 Dec, which said that it is under process at the IRCC office. Is there any reason for such a delay? Any leads to contact the IRCC office for this issue ?

Have you received your passport with visa stamp?

Yes, on Jan 9, I got notified that the decision envelope of the application was dispatched and after two days I received it from the VFS office.
