Passport situation (Bangladeshi applicants)

I bought my flight ticket for 31st August. VFS tracking says my passport has been dispatched on 23rd August from Singapore to VFS Chittagong. I still havent received my passport and really worried. Will I be able to receive my passport by this week as my ticket is on Saturday 31st?

Also what are the documents do we need to show for receiving the passport?

just show the receipt they gave you. you will get the passport in 5 days.

Dipta you are finally back! But they told me I might need to show some ID as well.I dont have any bangladeshi ID apart from my passport. Is it just 5 days not 5 working days?

if it is dispatched thursday you will get it by monday.

you won't need any id other than receipt and I think there is a photocopy of passport attached to it.
