Hello,
It is the first time that I have registered to use this service for getting a Police Clearance Certificate. I am curious - do we HAVE to/MUST share our AADHAR and PAN Card number and give consent for verifying Aadhar number on this website? Because I found out, it is not a mandatory field to use the service for PCC Application Form. However, I wanted to check if sharing these details by any way increases the speed of the PCC application if you are doing it from Canada?

Hi I had applied for PCC for Citizenship application to SSP Mohali website and given reference of my daughter to obtain PCC on my behalf. As per GOI any NRI can obtain PCC online. I was asked to attache passport photocopy of first and last two pages of passport and photocopy of Aadhar Card. but I have not shared PAN Card. SSP Mohali office charged Rs.50 from my daughter as a fees and issued PCC within 10 working days and same was sent to me and IRCC accepted that PCC.

It is better to apply online instead of applying through BLS which is costly and lengthy procedure. Rest it depends upon one's own decision.
