Passport Sent to Wrong CPC-Ottawa Station

Hello Everyone,
It has been really stressful and I need help.
I received my PPR on 21st of November, 2024 and sent my passport for stamping on 4th of December,2024.
I mistakenly sent it to CPC-Ottawa Operations Support Center (OSC), 365 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1L1 instead of Temporary Resident Visa Section, CPC-Ottawa (e-application), 365 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1L1.
It's been over a month now I have no updates and IRCC people don't even tell me if they have received it at wrong station or not.
The UPS courier says they delivered it to scanning facility on 4th of December.

Please help what I should do, don't know if I should now report for loss of passport and go for a new one.

I mistakenly sent to CERTIFICATE OF IDENTITY SECTION CENTRALIZED NETWORK
365 LAURIER AVE W 6TH FLOOR (OSC)
OTTAWA, ON K1A 1L1. I tried to call them many times or ask for update still no help.

So it's at Operation Support center. When did you send it and what do they tell you on call?
Even I have sent multiple webforms and called them but they have only sent me a patience letter stating my application is under review and they didn't tell me if my passport was delivered or is with them or not.
Let me know your updates as we are in the same mess.

They are stating the same thing to me and my friend he is having a same situation. I asked them so many times that you have my passport or not. No revert from them. From how long you are waiting.

I am waiting for 2 months now.
I would suggest contact your local MP as I got in touch with my local MP and she has helped me inform the office.

MP office told me that the ircc office told them that they are in process of stamping my passport.
But I have not received updates yet so waiting for it from last 2 weeks.
The best option is to contact local MP as per my experience.

Hii,
Yes, I got my passport back stamped.
It would really fast-paced after contacting the local MP.
Moreover, I would suggest collecting proof of delivery from the scanning facility in Ottawa and your courier service to make sure that the passport is with CPC-Ottawa
