I've been checking like every 5 minutes. It hasn't been activated yet. Application was approved on the 21st.

Status will be changed tomorrow for you. My passport delivered in Ottawa, Nov 7 and status in My CIC was changed to approved today.
did you apply as cec inland?
most people who got delivered to ottawa on the 7th got approved on the 22nd
who signed your delivered passport
CEC inland.. The one who received my passport was a long signature. No name. Its a mistake my side as I used the French address instead the English one. So maybe it got delayed.
For sure you will get it tomorrow ... , just few more days... the hardest obstacle was over.... its just formalities.. just hang on there..
