Sent passport on Nov 5 and status shows "Out for delivery" since Nov 6, no updates after that.
Will wait for another week to see if there will be update or not

Got an update
Passport sent - 4th Nov
Delivered - 14th Nov
Approved - 19th Nov
Tracker not activated.

Mine is 7th and called them yesterday ... they told it should be by this week or early next week. I am CEC INLAND. Will wait for few days
