Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Passports were received in Ottawa on 25th October

November 12 status changed to approved in my cic and also counterfoils were created

November 16 return tracker activated

November 18 Passports received.

I was an outland applicant but happen to be traveling in Canada living in my friend's place so I decided to just mail my passport to Ottawa from here. I'm wondering when my status may change or the return tracker may be activated?

Though luckily I'm not in a hurry (originally plan to leave Canada by Dec 18 for Christmas), I'm just wondering when I'd get updates? Should I call CIC if nothing changes this week?

passport delivered on November 18th (canada post made a mistake and delayed )

I have a flight on November 28th dont think i will be able to travel . Sent email and a web form explaining the situation.

Today 19 Nov 2019,13:30 Toronto time, got Application/profile updated, click in said "November 19, 2019 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.", which means my application is finally approved and waiting for the copr and landing. PPT received on 5 Nov@cpc Ottawa.

Ah That means I still have a week to wait for it as my Passport was received on the 12th of Nov.
