Can you help me, please. I have a question, should I use for sending my documents TO Ottawa Canada Post or it can be any service like UPS or DHL?

It has to be Canada post, don’t try any other as they have mentioned in the letter that they won’t return documents if it’s not Canada post

- The pre-paid Xpresspost envelope must be from Canada Post. Please note that we will not return documents to a Canadian address via any other courier.

I mean if I want send to Ottawa. From Ottawa it should be Canada Post pre-paid envelope, I got it. But what about if I want to use UPS for sending TO Ottawa.

I am new here but desperately need help. I just realized that I accidentally sent my passport to a wrong visa office. I live in Canada but I sent my passport to the address for those who lives in US. I already contact Cic via webform but still so worried. Anyone here experienced that? Please advise

I agree. It will not make much difference. I sent mine via Canada post around 1pm and it got delivered next day morning @7 am. If I were you, I would send it via Canada post itself
 
Hello,

I received my passport request on Oct 31st,
Passport sent on Nov 4th
Canada post tracking - Package out for delivery on Nov 6th
No update since than.

Canada Post customer care says, Passport has been delivered to CPC's mail room, and now its CPC's responsibility to pick up my passport and scan for delivered.

Basically, i don't know where my passport is ?

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.
