Hello,

I sent my passport a week ago and today I got an email saying my gckey was updated. Everything is now passed and application approved.

When I got PPR, my gckey had no update, only ecas, gckey still said everything was in process.

Does that mean they processed my COPR and passport?

Yes, copr must be completed. However passport delivery takes some time

The delay is due to Canada Post or do they just hold your passport for a few weeks due to backlog even though COPR is completed?

They send out passport in batches. So once the whole batch is done they will shipout passports
