Called IRCC this morning, COPR and Passport counterfoil both have been printed. He said it will take another week or two to get your passport. I exclaimed "One week!." He and I had a good laugh after that.. really nice guy.

Good news! I just taked to IRCC and the agent confirmed that they sent out my passport yesterday. And then I talked to Canadapost and the agent told me that they did not receive anything for my tracking number. What a good news.
