You can link your PR Card application to your GC Key and check for Approval status.
Hi. Did you get any update regarding your return tracker? Mine was delivered to CPC-Ottawa on May 28 and my cic account got approved June 13. Got no update since. Return tracker still not activated
I did not get my return tracking number either.
When I called today, they did not have the information.
However, he said, it's all prepared and ready to be posted.
I called Cic today they said the package was sent to Canada post on Friday evening. But so far I don’t see any tracking information.

I sent an email inquiry to ircc.cio-brcd.ircc@cic.gc.ca yesterday asking them the status of my passports and when I will get it back. Today, I received a reply from them that they sent it back to my address today. I am not sure if they are really scheduled to send it back to me today or if my email inquiry has something to do with it. Still, I guess it is worth the try for the rest of you who's in the same position as I am.

called cic yesterday
they said they have sent it on last Friday but my tracker isn't activated so far
i guess it's just because Canada post didn't pick up our passport so far

I called today. They couldn't confirm if my passport was received or not (which is extremely frustrating). I was told that as long as the carrier (fedex) shows it was delivered and there's a signature confirmation, I shouldn't worry. While I got PPR, my status doesn't show as approved. However the agent confirmed that it was approved and that the application details just haven't been updated. She said it could take up to 20 business days from passport delivery for it to be returned. I've been asked to be patient until July 12th.
