Hi Prince11,
When did you link your PR card application to your PR application? Does it take a couple of days to be accessible to be linked?
Thanks
after 24 hrs from landing you can link it to your profile. it take 13-15 days to get approved. it is fast nowadays.

Sent to Ottawa: 22nd May.
Delivered: 24th May.
Approved: 29th May
Return Tracking: Activated today May 30th at 6:45 PM
COPR: received May 31st - I used priority mail
Landing: Landed at Coutts, AB on May 31st
I went to the US for an hour to grab a bite, turned around and came back to Canada. The immigration officer was extremely polite. Took my CoPR, confirmed my address, asked me to sign, and to sit down in a waiting area. It took less than 10 minutes. Very simple, didn't ask for anything but I handed in my previous work permits.

Hello everyone, I needed a most reliable answer to this. I got my PR under a Nomination Program. Yet, I can't find a way better opportunity under my skill set NOC2242 in the province that nominated me. However I found an opportunity outside province, money wise it is way more than what I am getting right now. Will it affect my citizenship application in the future? BTW, I watched this link which actually answered my question already which clearly he said, "Once youre done with the process of getting PR, you can clearly work anywhere in CANADA" But, I also want your insights guys. THANKS Y'ALL.

P.R is a federal grant, not a provincial grant and Citizenship will grant by Federal government as well. You are independent to work anywhere in Canada and will eligible to apply citizenship.

I envy your knowledge and understanding with the immigration rules. Thank you so much my friend. The reason I asked is that, I got accepted for a job from a different province with a very nice offer. THANK YOU!

From what I know you can't renew PR if you live outside of the province.

About P.R
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1113&top=6

Expiring P.R card doesn't mean you loss your P.R. and you can renew your P.R card from anywhere in Canada. It goes to Nova Scotia no matter you live anywhere in Canada.

Learn more about your P.R Status :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_residency_in_Canada

"The permanent resident card expires every five years, and then may be renewed by making application and proving that the applicant has been physically present in Canada for the requisite time period, or has otherwise satisfied the residency requirements. Although an individual may meet the residency requirements by living outside of Canada with a Canadian citizen spouse, or working outside Canada for a Canadian business, the Permanent Resident Card cannot be renewed without being present in Canada and having a Canadian address."
