It was sent on 8th in evening and it was received on 13th

I'm on your exact same timeline, Recieved March 13th, approved March 18th no tracker available as of yet today (Toronto) I really hope it comes today. How's your end doing?

My passport received March 20, I forgot to write down return tracking number as well and I called Canada post and they said the only way to get the tracking number is to call cic and ask them or just wait for it to come back

Check automatic voicemail when you are calling ‭1 (888) 242-2100‬. In our case CIC website still shows “decision made”, but voicemail says “approved” (from March 22nd) - “we are pleased to confirm that your application was approved”
