Anyone plans to do landing at IRCC office in Ottawa? Do they still have walking in landing?

My VISA office is OTTAWA too ..

PPR : March 07th
Passports sent : March 09th
Passports delivered : March 13th
Application approved: ??
Passports returned : ??

Ppr received on 11th March. Sent my passport to Ottawa on 11th March and it was delivered on 13th March.
My application just got approved today on CIC account(19th March)

So how do I track my passport on its way back. This return tracker I see people talking about. Is it the same one I used to track my passport on it’s way to Ottawa??

Of course not, you should use a track number that was on your return envelope that you included with your passport.

Thanks for ur reply. I don’t know where I even kept that. I just kept the no for the one I sent. Oh well, I guess it’s back to praying that it reaches its destination

PPR : March 1st 2019
Documents sent : March 4th 2019
Documents received : March 5th 2019
Application Approved : March 12th (received email notification a day later)
Return tracker activation : March 19th 2019 (Tracker activated from Quebec - weird .. )

Yup. You'll attach a return label and send it along with your passport.

Usually how much time does it takes for tracker to be activated by post Canada

As per current trend, your tracker should be activated by end of this Friday (within a week from application got approved). I have seen 2 incident from my friends whose tracker didn't activated and they got passport via mail directly (but both incidents were from last year not recently) .. I guess you are inland CEC.

Okey. Wait until this Friday and you will see an update with Approved on your CIC account.

Seems like whose application approved around March 12, most of them got return tracker activated on/before March 18/19..
