Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Hello everyone,
I got a ppr email on the 13th Sep, sent my passport along with photos on the 16th Sep and was delivered to CIC Ottawa on 17th Sep. Got a request for new photos, sent and delivered on 30th Sep. After that no update from their side whatsoever, it has been 16 days now. I emailed them last week and got a email back saying it went to the printing room on 8th Oct, thats it.

Does anyone know what happens after the printing room or after the visa is printed?

Can anyone share a date of visa print and after how many days post that date did you receive the passport?

I sent it 20 oct they receive it 24 application on mycic approved 4 oct and the tracking number activated 15 oct

DId you get any email after it was approved? THe last update I got was a response to my query that is it was in printing room on the 8th Oct. Nothing after that. My account is still showing application in process.

Can you tell me what is the print date on your visa?

Hi there, when u emailed them last week did you do that to the same ppr email or u sent it to the email of cpc ottawa? and how long was it to get a respond back?. Thank you.

did they approve yours? mine is the same date, and nothing so far.

What do you mean approved as? i said they received my passport on oct so i am not sure if they have approved or not. My question was how long does it take to get approved and get my passport back in my pocket

Passport sent on Sep18th.
Received on Sep 24th.
Approved on Oct 7th.
No update after that..still waiting...is there anyone have similar timeline already received passport?

Just received my passport and the confirmation so it took half day from tracking number activation till i received passport at home and 23 days from the date they receive my pass

My tracker has not activated yet still waiting, I called CIC that where is my passport because canada post head office told me when I call them that they have not received envelope yet, then CIC agent said that they have not send passport yet to canada post , they just send address for verification, I do not what's that mean , I am so stressed now don't know what's going on actually

Dont stress urself just Keep calling them and check whats going on i believe every application is different even if we had same processing time but just wait next week and surely u'll receive ur pass

Hi yes i got an email after it got approved but i checked my profile the day before and found a ghost email and found the app approved,the visa is valid from 3 oct and they send the email 4oct

Thanks , I hope so , there is a lady when calling cic she answer my call last friday and today when I call second time, she was so rude and told me why are you calling again today I told you last week that you have to wait , I asked her can you help me to understand where's my passport and in this matter, she replied very rudely No which made me sad , same happened on Friday, that's why hesitating to call cic again do not want to talk with that rude lady , but now I am alright gonna call them again tomorrow

Oh sorry for that yes they'r sometimes rude the lady i called yesterday was super nice she called the passport center while im on hold and she kept apologizing to me because she couldnt help to know where is the passport. Yes just call u might find an agent who can help.

Yea some of them are very nice that's the only one I think very rude and crazy , yes I am thinking to call them until I will find out about that's where is it and why they are not sending it back
