no need to worry.... once you done landing, ecas changed to complete.. once u got your passport back with your copr.. it will said approved online account.
hi，mine is also 28 June with no update till now! How about yours? The signature showed: SCI Martin
Mine passport was delivered on 28 June and nothing happened till now! The signature was SCI Martin, is it the same person?

called them twice....kept saying agents are not available.....T_______T.........i'll try tomorow morning....T_____T
Twice is not enough. Call up to 20 times in the row if needed then you are going to be connected to an Agent.
My passport was delivered on 28th June 2019, haven't heard from them till now. My spouse sent her passport to Singapore on 21st July as she is not in Canada. I was wondering if they have held my passport for this long because they haven't receiving the other passport yet ? They seem to have backlog for every single thing. Passports for July applicants are being processed but June is held back for some reason. Please advise if someone has similar situation.
