Blue dart not accepting my pp as they said that they can not send to PO box address?

hi,I send My PASSPORT TO NDVO ON 14 FEB 2013 AND THEY RECEIVED ON 15TH FEB WAITING FOR STAMP VISA.

remove the PO Box from the address line. Whats imp is the Immi Section and 7/8 part of the address and to write your file and UCI numbers on the envelope
