Yess its issued from chd..why what happened

Nothing Happened 22 , My passport was also originally issued from CHD , I am just speculating that for me whenever I have applied Work Permit or Canada Visa first all the documents have been sent to delhi and later its forwarded to CHD , Having Said that which I feel is normal , for you also the same case. Don't worry its normal I guess.
