Ladies and Gentlemen, I finally Landed in Canada today at the Sumas Boarder Crossing in Abbotsford BC, the process took less than 30 Mins and very Stress-less...its being a very long and daunting journey, but I am very thankful to God that its ended! On the Next Life Challenge! Adios!

Hi Guys,

I have one question for you guys about PPR email. How long did it take you guys to get PPR email after DM? I have DM since May 13/2015 but I'm yet to hear from CIC since then. Your kind responses would help me form a conclusion. Thank you all!

me too, what time were you there, I just got back now, I left chilliwack around 4.45 and got back here at 6.45, took maybe an hour for everything at the border including waiting, went pretty smoothly, the americans were nice and the no problems with the canadians either.. Well done mate !

Need help. I left my self attested address receipt on the envelope but I have picture copy of it. Is there anything I have to inform someone or else They will take it off when they ship us back???

Sure. No problem. Hopefully tomorrow ;)

I'm also super happy to tell you guys that I did my landing this afternoon at Peace Arch in BC!

Everything went well and fairly quickly, apart from just waiting in the car to get through the lineups. The CBSA officer who helped me was so friendly and nice and seemed genuinely excited for me, and at the end she gave me a little Canadian flag. ;D

It's been a stupendously stressful journey from when I started prepping my PNP application in October 2013 to today. I still can't believe it's all over. This is where life begins. Congrats to everyone else who made it today!!

congrats everyone, any idea how much time they grant us to do landing after the visa stamping? I am expecting PPR soon and altogether expect end of June to have my passport back with Visa but I have a travel plan for July and returning to Canada in August. Do you guys think I can do landing at my return ? because if I do landing via land before my travel plan in July , I wont be able to get back into Canada in August because of no PR card which is usually taking 2 months to be delivered to a Canadian address nowadays.

Hello guys, I got a trouble. I just talked with a call centre agent and told me that they already sent my passport back yesterday with tracking number (PG335858***CA). Its the same tracking number of my return envelope. However, the return tracker in not yet active in Canadapost Website. Is there any chance of mishandling by Canadapost? I have read somewhere in the forum about the passport loss case. now I am worried.
