Hi all,

My Medical results were received by the Buffalo office somewhere around Mid-September 2011. I will be travelling out of country for a month from Mid-Dec to Mid Jan. In the case where my PPR comes in and I'm out of country, does anyone here know the impacts of sending my passport late (i.e after the time limit provided in the PPR)? can anyone also share what their PPR looks like? for example my medical request said I had to get the results to the VO within 60 days and that failure to do so will result in unnecessary delays in the processing of my application...does it say something like that in a PPR? really need help on this one :( please and thanks!!

Hi shaikhy,

I recently got PPR and the letter states that I have to submit my passport within 30 days as the issurance of my visa is time sensitive and the letter also said "you MUST comply with the requirements within 30 days..."

I think they are saying if you don't send the passport within 30 days, your PR visa might not get issued? You should send it within the time period they ask.
