PASSPORT RETURNING TIME FROM CPC-Ottawa (SEPT.,OCT.&NOV.2015)PNP PR

Good morning everybody, i sent my passport to cpc Ottawa on October 19th 2017 and it was delivered the next day. I am still waiting for it. anyone know how long it takes to get it back? i have travel plans. I also want to know how much time after getting my passport back do have to do my landing.
