It's good for us if CIC reducing the time for PR Card.
When I've landed at Peace Arch Canada-US Border CIC Officer said to me that the Processing time for PR Card now 6 weeks.
so we probably get our PR Card before 15 November 2015.

Mine still says Decision Made, and I still only have 5 lines in the details. There has been absolutely no change to it since it last changed to DM on 14th September.

Also, I'm unable to log on to ECAS with my CoPR number.

Five lines...last line is medical received successful. ...ECAS last updated August 17 2015..

I had "4 LINES" when it has started Showing Decision Made at ECAS Online on 10Sept.2015.
I've got PPR on 16Sept.2015 and than I requested to CPC-Ottawa to change visa office for my spouse to New Delhi, India on 17Sept.2015.
and next day I've got reply back from CPC-Ottawa saying READY FOR VISA IN NEW DELHI. INDIA on 18Sept.2015.
When I've checked my status at ECAS online on 19Sept.2015. they added "ONE MORE LINE"
like....>>
"We sent you correspondence on September 18, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required".
So I Have "5 line" now in my Status at ECAS Online.
