As i guess now is the turn for those Applicant's Passport to be return envelope activated whom Passport reached on 18 Sept. & 21 Sept. 2015.

Not yet for me either.

I imagine that there's probably only one delivery to Canada Post from Ottawa per day though. I don't expect our agents would walk each envelope down the street to a roadside postbox individually. So even if our paperwork and passports are ready to go right this moment, we probably wouldn't see the tracker activate until Canada Post does a bulk processing, likely at the end of the day.

I could be wrong though of course. We're dealing with the two slowest government agencies Canada has, so their combined inefficiencies could mean absolutely anything is possible, LOL.

I think CPC-Ottawa Office will start to return our Passports from Tuesday ( tomorrow ) evening and hopefully many Applicants will get their passport in Mail on Wednesday morning.
