Passport returned from High Commission to VFS in 1 day !

I do not understand any logic behind studying 1 year course at red river college as you have got 7 years of exp in USA and have graduated from new york university does it make sense to pursue pg diploma of 1 year as there are slim to none chances of getting PR after 1 year diploma u should go for masters

Manitoba like Saskatchewa5n requires 6 months of work before PR can be filed. This work can be in any field should there not be immediate career related jobs available. From what I hear, RRC has 98% placement. So the risk is minimum. Better than sitting in India slugging it out.

So, this is Odd.

My passport was forwarded by VFS on the 16th (new delhi) and they recieved it on the 17th. The high commission sends it back on the 18th to VFS. 1 day ?! something dosnt seem normal here.

This is for student visa.
